This notice and disclaimer apply to the Beaverwealth operated by Canada Beaverwealth Finance Technology Inc., a company continued under the laws of British Columbia.

The Beaverwealth is a global financial information platform for Chinese-speaking investors. Beaverwealth does not represent, warrant, or endorse the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any of the information, content, views, opinions, recommendations, or advertisements contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded, or accessed from any of the services contained on the Beaverwealth, nor the quality of any products, information or other materials displayed, purchased, or obtained by you as a result of an advertisement or any other information or offer in or in connection with the Service (the "Products"). You hereby acknowledge that any reliance upon any Materials shall be at your sole risk.  By accessing and/or using any of the Beaverwealth and/or any information, data, content, views, opinions, recommendations, photos, messages, notes, text, ideas, concepts, claims, statements, video, music, advertising, listing, works of authorship and/or any other information, materials and the like (collectively, the "Site Content") and/or any tools, applications and the like (collectively, the "Applications") contained on, distributed through and/or linked, downloaded or accessed from any of the services contained on any of the Beaverwealth (collectively, the "Services"), you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, Beaverwealth's Privacy Policy and any other general rules, practices, policies, limits and/or restrictions applicable to your use of any of the Beaverwealth, including without limitation any Site Content, Applications and/or Services (collectively, the "Agreement").
